Brix Securities derives its name from the founder and manager of the Brix Property Group of companies, Adam Brick. Adam has been delivering development management solutions on behalf of private and institutional investors for over 15 years. In this time, he has negotiated site acquisitions, managed end to end development programs, completed lease negotiations, and handled property holdings for interested parties.
Working alongside Adam as co-director of Brix Securities, Andrew has considerable experience as a consultant, property owner, and industry representative. For over 20 years, he has professionally managed the environmental concerns of industrial, commercial, and development bodies. As the owner and principal of Resolve Environmental, Andrew provides assessment, management and remediation of land holdings on behalf of clients across Australia.
A highly knowledgeable and versatile corporate adviser, Peter has extensive experience spanning over 30 years in the financial services and investment banking industries. He has expertise in asset management, financial planning and superannuation, and has acted in various Board and Advisory Board member roles. With his strong background in strategy, relationship management and financial risk analysis, he provides Brix Securities with strategic business and market advice.
