‍Our process: A town planning application has been lodged for a mixed-use development which includes 7-Eleven, Starbucks Drive-Thru, office space, retail showroom, food and beverage outlets and office/warehouse units. Construction is set to commence, following town planning approval.  

‍The outcome: Major lease pre-commitments have already been secured for this gateway site, with strong interest in the remaining tenancies.
